Taking Chances.

As far as we know, we only live this one time in earth school, so we need to play our cards right. The thing is, things can change and as long as we stay consistent, we can most definitely succeed, because we have the plan in mind.
But even as we have a plan, consistency and conservatism with our choices, we also have risks we need to take. This type of momentum and fear that goes into such a choice is sometimes masked by the excitement and joy of a chance taken and a risk that pays off in large increments.

I can remember so many moments where I took a risk and passed the test with flying colors: choosing to marry, pregnancy and the birth of my son, deciding to get a masters in special education, getting on a plane and traveling across the states alone. All of these moments were personal risks and ideas that initially created a fearful response. Though somehow, I can't imagine myself making a different choice.

The entire point of this soliloquy is that sometimes you have to let the cards fall, whether you're putting your heart on the line or your pocketbook...and when you do, and you've prepared yourself for the outcome, be ready for the blessings that follow.

Reflecting on my year at IIN.

It is truly incredible where I am today, and how my health coaching certification has added to the quality of my life. I've always been an educator at heart, but now the realities of what I stand for and how I think about it, are all coming to the surface. My ability to reach out has expanded past what I had originally thought was possible, and while standing on the rooftop of my new wonderful school with my new wonderful coworker and my new, wonderful kids, I saw a future in teaching holistically, that I've been preaching since I first began this long road some twenty years ago. Bringing in the nutritional element of what I do, is huge to the advancement of the exceptional children I reach.

When I began at IIN in september, I thought I knew it all. I had already been vegetarian for 12 years by that point, and had some serious reservations about expanding past that point nutritionally. I was taking pills left and right. I was overtraining. I was suffering from arrhythmia. I ate too much soy and sugar. Most importantly, I was eating too much in general. By the time December came, I was contemplating whether I needed a complete nutritional change. All the information was beginning to settle in and really affect my choices throughout my entire life.

By the middle of the program it was promised to me that I would be completely confused about what to consume, and with good reason. There were so many ways to alter the course of how the body chooses to accept nutrients, and it's all about a healthy gut, so if the path would show me a healthier gut so be it. The program showed me so much more.

Some of the accomplishments I have acquired are: softer skin, improved concentration, expansion of elements and information I can offer my clients, better hearing, improved immunity, greater awareness, starting my business, began writing my books, continued my card project, built two websites, and learning about how I can improve student focus through nutrition....stepping into the visionary I was meant to be.

Being more of You.

What does being more of you mean?

Firstly there's the part of life and growth that says you are doing your best and being your best at every thing you do. Then there's the part that consists of you walking the talk: having your heart and truth stay in alignment with earth grid. And what would those two pieces be without intricately knowing yourself and having a pathway to get to who you are?

Each layer of the consciousness reveals something different about you. It tells you more about who you are, where you are, and what needs attention and focus. A combination of elements out of balance can lead to surprising malady. Our goal in exploring the koshas is to not get caught with our pants down.  Paying attention to the layers help you to shine your diamond.

It's tough to be the best at something when we are not operating on all cylinders. When we intricately know what makes us go, we can fine tune that area. Things suddenly become easier and run more smoothly. You see and hear a symphony of eventful outcomes in your life. Things begin to make sense, and the puzzle pieces are easily put together. You become your biggest, best you, an with the understanding of the layers, they are reinforced, so that you can never go back to the dysfunction that existed in that prior state.

Being the best you means so much more than words can convey. So many people benefit from you being the best at you, because it creates growth for them too. You make others better, by being more of you. Namaste.

Welcome Home.

Come home to who you really are.
Walk your path freely.
Truly release and be you.

Reveal your Bliss...Be Blissfully Fit.

Being Blissfully Fit means to align yourself with the holistic strength and balance in life you were meant to have. You were homegrown for this purpose. If you feel a part of your life is missing or sliding off the radar, then Blissfully Fit can help by assessing what's happening in your life right now. With a consultation about the assessment results, Blissfully Fit puts you on a program that's indidivdualized to suit your needs.

Blissfully Fit goes from a yogic model of consciousness called the koshas, or layers of consciousness, that when fully balanced, reveals a higher nature that aligns with your purpose, helping you to live the life you were always meant to live.

Realization begins in the body. Everyone can understand a physical experience. Revealment continues through the breath, travels into the mind where it expresses itself as an emotion. From there, the journey of realization becomes manifest in the intuitive wisdom of the process, rising out of the physical and mental experiences to the point of the observer. Stay in this space and rise as you will intimately know and dance with your Bliss body.

This is the Blissfully Fit Experience. Aligning your heart with your truth has never been more clear, more visceral, more real.

Welcome home.
 Namaste.
